Design Options
We will come to your house and talk with you about your landscape dreams, then complete a full site analysis; test the pH and composition of the soil, make a sun/shade analysis, take a few measurements, and draw a preliminary sketch. After discussing our ideas with you, we will create a formal landscape design that is drawn with accuracy and precision to the scale of the site. This design will include plant specifications such as species, placement, quantity, color and bloom time. It will essentially read like a blueprint for a house.
Installation Options
Using our design, your own design, or someone else's design, Valley of the Flowers Landscaping can come up with a professional and comprehensive proposal that fits your schedule and budget. The price of the installation can be determined one of two ways:
Time & materials
We charge a per person hourly fee to complete your job in addition to materials and equipment costs. Clients are typically given a detailed estimate for approval before beginning.
Bid
Based on our knowledge, experience, and competitive rates, we will present you with a thorough and detailed proposal for your project. The proposed price will remain the same throughout the entire project, based on a written contract and clearly defined project goals. The price will not change unless there is an change in the design and mutual consent between Valley of the Flowers Landscaping and the customer.
Landscape Maintenance Options
Maintenance can be conducted on either a Time & Materials or Bid contract basis. We offer spring and fall bed clean ups as well as weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly visits that include: weeding, deadheading perennials, pruning small trees and shrubs, fertilizing with liquid fertilizer, blowing leaves and debris, re-mulching, fixing minor irrigation flaws, and planting annuals. Regular upkeep and maintenance of a landscape insures the health and vigor of the plants, as well as keeps things looking great all year long. We strongly encourage landscape maintenance package plans with all our landscape installations. This way we can ensure that each landscape we install gets exactly what it needs to thrive.
Lawn Care Service
Valley of the Flowers Landscaping offers a complete lawn care service that includes fertilization, broadleaf weed control, aeration, de-thatching, and weekly mowing throughout the season.
